Use 3M™ Trizact™ 363FC Cloth Tape for wet grinding, finishing and polishing of carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys, zirconium and titanium parts in centerless and flat finishing applications. Our cloth tapes are available in grits A300 to A35. Bonded with resin, they resist thermal and chemical degradation during sanding. This extremely strong adhesive provides excellent precision on hard and soft surfaces. The 3-dimensional hexagonal structure and aluminum oxide mineral cut faster and further. The user can rinse the area on the workpiece and the belt to prevent dust and debris from clogging the abrasive tips with the polyester YF weighted waterproof backing. These tapes can last up to five times longer than other belts, allowing the user to shorten the grit row, use fewer process steps and abrasive products, and provide a more precise finish. 3M Trizact abrasives have three-dimensional structures that are evenly distributed over the entire surface, resulting in consistent performance and eliminating differences between parts.
