Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Information Text

As Havasis Inc., in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), in our capacity as "Data Controller", we attach great importance to the security and confidentiality of your personal data. This clarification text aims to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data is processed, to whom it is transferred, and your rights.

2. Processed Personal Data and Purposes of Processing

Within the scope of our website, mobile applications, and commercial relations, your following personal data are processed:

• Identity and Contact Information: Name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, corporate company title, and address information (for quote requests, demo requests, technical service forms, and B2B transactions).
• Transaction Security Information: Your IP address, browser and device information, navigation logs within the site and application (to ensure security and fulfill legal obligations).

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of managing customer support processes, preparing price quotes, organizing demo sessions, coordinating service/calibration processes with our technical service affiliate Kalibo A.Ş., and creating warranty records for the global brands we distribute.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to the following parties within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:

• Our Affiliate Kalibo A.Ş.: For the purpose of performing the technical service, maintenance, and accredited calibration services you request.
• Manufacturer Brands We Distribute: For the purpose of recording international warranties and licenses for products purchased or tested.
• Legally Authorized Public Authorities: For the purpose of making statutory notifications as required by law.

4. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to Havasis Inc. to exercise the following rights:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed, and request information if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
• Request correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the scope of KVKK conditions,
• Object to any outcome against you resulting from data analysis exclusively through automated systems.
