Our 307EA Cloth Tapes feature 3M micro-replication technology, which deposits micron-grade aluminum oxide particles onto a rayon backing. They deliver a consistent cut, predictable fine finish. These tapes also feature a durable cloth backing that provides control, conformability and extra strength in moderate-pressure grinding, along with an extra-reinforced surface coating that helps prevent heat buildup, surface deterioration and discoloration. The resin-bonded abrasive provides increased heat resistance, helping to prevent separation. Consistent performance is achieved through three-dimensional pyramidal structures that are evenly distributed across the entire surface of the abrasive. These “pyramids” contain layers of minerals that begin to break down after repeated use, continually exposing new minerals. The abrasive maintains its sharpness through a cycle of mineral renewal. This belt uses film yarn as a spacer material, providing a strong bond by joining the two ends of the belt with a film bonded spacer material, eliminating deep marks, so the belt works smoothly. Compared to traditional abrasive products, our Trizact abrasives produce a fine finish, reach the result in less time and last up to five times longer. Unlike traditional abrasives, these belts maintain their first-day sharpness throughout their lifespan, delivering more predictable finishes of consistent and high quality.
