Use the Scotch-Brite™ Deburring and Finishing PRO Unitised Wheel for deburring and mixing applications that require high cutting speed and durability. Our smooth-running Unitised wheels can quickly remove burrs. They are soft yet strong to remove defects, resulting in fewer wheel changes due to iron-like wear. Ceramic has precision-formed minerals bonded to a nylon mesh. The hardness of the ceramic material, combined with the self-sharpening mineral, helps speed up the job without sacrificing the smooth feel or control of Scotch-Brite wheels. Deburring and finishing PRO unitised wheels are ideal for OEM and pipe reconditioning or maintenance operations. They work well and perform well, cutting through dirt, rust and other contaminants without causing loading or changing the geometry of the thread, so pipes can be put back into service faster.
